The Oculus Rift. A virtual reality headset aimed at pulling you out of your chair and into the gaming world. Although no release date has been announced for the consumer version, they will be shipping out dev kits next month for those who have pre-ordered. Specs as of right now are a 720p screen (hopes to raise to 1080p for consumer version) and 1000Hz refresh rate all while being in full Stereoscopic 3D.
